Training and Development
At CROSSMARK we believe strongly in training and development for all our employees.

Performance Feedback and Review
Our performance and review policy recognises that our people must understand the work of their role and the performance standards required for the role. We aim to achieve this by offering;
- Annual performance reviews to all our staff where you participate in setting your goals (objectives) and your training plan for success.
- Six monthly review of work objectives to measure progress and adjust if necessary.
- Provide regular and timely feedback to staff on their work performance and give coaching / training to help employees when and as required.
- Financial where you are paid for performance and have access to an annual bonus scheme.
- Use of performance review information for input into succession planning
